Our ideal entry-level candidate comes to us with great communication and social skills and prior leadership experience, whether that be through school or work. Outgoing, confident, and driven? Though the career opportunity is entry-level, all experience levels will be considered as growth into management is performance-based.
75 % of your time you will be:
- Managing sales, establishing new customer accounts and contracts
- Working with new and existing customers about service promotions
- Maintaining strong knowledge of all products, pricing, and competitive offers
25% of your time you will have:
- Hands-on marketing and sales training
- Personal development
- One on one coaching with management
Sales Account Management Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Upon hire must pass an employment background check and drug screen
- Possess a student mentality, leadership, and great communications skills
